Bear Grylls has designed a Paddington Bear for the Paddington Experience Trail which is in aid of the NSPCC. ‘Chief Scout Bear’ is located at Terminal 5 London Heathrow and is the 1st in a 50 bear ‘trail’ around London.

Bear Grylls said: “It was a real honour to be asked to design a bear for the Paddington Trail, and as Chief Scout, I chose to show Paddington in his neckerchief ready for his next adventure. Scouting helps girls and boys experience fun, friendship and helps them become better prepared for a brighter future. ”

“In my life and as Chief Scout, I spend a great deal of time travelling, so Heathrow Airport and Heathrow Express are a perfect location for my bear! Like Paddington, I have always been an enthusiastic explorer, and my hope is that all the travellers and Scouts who pass by the statue feel inspired to get out there as well and follow their dreams.”
